For the past 15 years I have been “behind the chair” as a licensed esthetician and nail technician, I have owned and operated (hands on) four spas and salons, and have traveled around the country and internationally teaching other Spa and Salon Owners and their staff the services and products that worked for me. I not only know what it takes to work in the business, but on the business as well.
Consulting and training on only the services and products that I used was great, but I came to the realization that it was just not enough. It occurred to me one day that I also needed to share how I was bringing in the amount of clients each and every month. Plus, having new customers walk through my doors everyday because my happy clients would refer their family and friends.
I love sharing my simple and effective “Systems” that will ultimately make it easy for Spa and Salon Owners to grow their business too.
